Telecommunications company Aryaka has completed a $45 million Series D round at a $150 million valuation. Third Point Ventures led the financing, while new backer Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners and other existing investors also participated. The funding comes as Aryaka has experienced 100% YoY growth for five straight quarters and now serves more than 500 enterprise customers across 63 countries.

Aryaka has raised about $120 million in funding since it was founded in 2009. Trinity Ventures, InterWest Partners, Nexus Venture Partners and Mohr Davidow Ventures are among the other VCs to fund the company, which specializes in software-defined wide area networks.
