If you are having this shiny gadget with you, then the good news for you is that the official build (IMM76D) has been leaked, which according to reports is the final release set to be sent via over the air (OTA) in coming days or weeks.
Finally those smartphone users who are anxiously waiting to taste a new flavour of Android can get their hands on Ice Cream Sandwich. If you can’t wait for OTA updates, then here is a tutorial for you to install Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.4) on your Sprint Nexus S 4G.

Step1: Download IMM76Drelease-keys.zip. After downloading, extract the zip file.
Step2: Download and install the NS4G drivers.
Step3: Download odin, extract and run.
Step4: Power-off your device and enter the “download mode” by holding Volume Up+Down and the power button.
Step5: Connect your device to the computer, and once odin recognizes it, the box should be automatically filled with “0:[COM#]”.
Step6: Click Bootloader, followed by SPH-D720_IMM76D_KE1_BOOTLOAD_signed.tar. Then select PDA and select SPH-D720_IMM76D_PDA_signed.tar. Lastly, click Phone and then select SPH-D720_IMM76D_LC1_Modem_signed.tar and then click on Start.
Step7: Voila, you’re done. Wait for the process to complete and when the process is finished, you can reboot the device.
After waiting for such a long time, you can finally get a taste of the new ICS.
