Julian Robertson’s Tiger Management LLc said in its second quarter 13F filing that it closed positions in 7 stocks during the quarter. Meanwhile, the hedge fund added 13 new stocks to its portfolio, and increased stake in 6 stocks. Tiger Management cut holdings in 25 stocks during the quarter ending June 30. Sector-wise, the firm’s 41.1% of money is invested in services sector, 17.2% in the financial sector, 12.9% in the tech sector and 10% in healthcare.

The top 10 holdings of Tiger Management Llc account for 28.83% of its portfolio. According to the filing, the hedge fund’s market value increased from $740 million to $788 million.

Tiger Management’s new holdings

The biggest new addition in Julian Robertson’s portfolio during the quarter was DigitalGlobe Inc (NYSE:DGI). The hedge fund purchased 769,500 shares of the company that currently have a market value of $23.86 million. DigitalGlobe Inc (NYSE:DGI) accounts for 3.03% of Tiger Management’s portfolio.

The next big addition was Howard Hughes Corp (NYSE:HHC). The hedge fund purchased 202,400 shares of Howard Hughes Corp (NYSE:HHC) that are currently valued at $22.68 million. Tiger Management also bought new shares in Realogy Holdings Corp (NYSE:RLGY). The hedge fund bought 424,500 shares of the real estate service provider during the quarter.

Closed positions

Tiger Management sold out its entire holding in HCA Holdings Inc (NYSE:HCA). Prior to the quarter, the hedge fund owned 579,300 shares of the company, which accounted for 3.18% of its portfolio. The hedge fund closed its position in  Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:BRK.A) (NYSE:BRK.B) by selling 194,700 Class-B shares of the Warren Buffett-led company. ADT Corp (NYSE:ADT) was another major stock exited during the quarter. Prior to the second quarter, Tiger Management owned 312,300 shares of ADT Corp (NYSE:ADT), but now it has no stake in the company, according to the regulatory filing. Tiger Management also sold the entire 301,200 shares of Newmont Mining Corp (NYSE:NEM) it owned.

Top holdings

According to the 13F filing, Valeant Pharmaceuticals Intl Inc (NYSE:VRX) (TSE:VRX) is by far the biggest holding of Tiger Management Llc. The hedge fund owns 299,000 shares of the company that are valued at $25.73 million. As of June 30, it accounted for 3.27% of Tiger Management’s portfolio. Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI) is the second largest position of Tiger Management. The hedge fund owned 7,303,300 shares of the radio broadcast company, accounting for 3.1% of its portfolio.

The new addition DigitalGlobe Inc (NYSE:DGI) occupies the third spot, followed by the search engine giant Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG). Tiger Management Llc owned 26,540 shares of Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) that had a market value of $23.36 million at the end of the second quarter.
