With the Samsung Galaxy successor (likely to be the S11) still several months away from its official announcement, it’s still too early to assume the design, specs and other bells and whistles to expect on it. However, with so many people eagerly looking forward to the announcement, there are many designers and YouTubers who like to play with the design and predict the pattern for Samsung’s upcoming flagship. Some of those people include @OnLeaks and CashKaro, who have debuted their Galaxy S11 Plus concept ideas, with their versions featuring 5 cameras.

The two tipsters shared images of 5K resolution which show the Galaxy S11 Plus concept design, shown from multiple angles, showcasing a modern and sleek design, a step forward in Samsung’s design. The renderings done in CAD feature a phone with dimensions of 166.9 x 76 x 8.8 mm, with power and volume buttons being shown on the left side of the phone. The bottom of the phone, boasts a USB-C port for charging as well as speaker grills.

If these rendering turn out to be the actual design for the Galaxy S11 Plus, that means that this is another phone where the Korean manufacturer got rid of the 3.5mm headphone jack. The missing headphone jack feature is a trend Apple started long ago with its iPhones, and funny enough, Samsung mocked Apple for not including it in its products a few months ago. Now, if the Galaxy S11 Plus concept turns into reality, Samsung will lose the same port it mocked Apple about.

The design on the front looks similar to what is already expected from Samsung’s phones, although it’s the rear of the phone that includes some major changes and features. The rear of the phone boasts 5 cameras joined in an L-shaped camera system, located in a large camera bump. The bump, aside from the 5 cameras, also boasts the LED flash, as well as two other sensors. The designs seem to be LaserAF and Time-of-Flight sensors, although we’ll only know for sure when Samsung announces its flagship device.

The concept design leaked by two tipsters surprised a lot of users, and while the design looks indeed stunning and modern, it’s best to be taken with reserve, until the South Korean tech giant announces the phone officially. If Samsung follows its usual annual pattern of announcing its new devices, Samsung Galaxy S11 and S11+ should be announced at the beginning of next year.

Do you like the Galaxy S11 Plus concept design? Would you buy it if it launched like that?
