Chrome for iOS has recently received an update which comes with tighter Google apps integration. It means that users are now automatically signed in to Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG)’s various services once they sign in to Chrome. The update also includes access to the browsing history feature that many iOS users were demanding for a long time. Chrome for Android already has this feature but now finally it has come to iOS. Well, as they say, better late than never.
How to view browsing history on Chrome for iOS
To view your browsing history on Chrome for iOS, tap on the Chrome menu and then go to History.
From this screen, you can remove websites by tapping on “X” next to the website.
To remove your entire browsing history, tap on “Clear browsing data” button at the bottom of the screen. From the same screen, you can also clear cache, cookies, site data, saved passwords and bookmarks.
Even though this might look like a small addition to Chrome, it will come in very handy for those who surf a lot and want to see their browsing history on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
