Glassdoor has just released its latest edition of the best places to work list, and Facebook has jumped three spots to land at number two on the list. Unsurprisingly, the 2017 list of the best places to work is again tech-heavy, just as Glassdoor’s various lists have been over the last several years.

Facebook rises on Glassdoor’s list

One of the major themes we can observe on Glassdoor’s list of the best places to work is that many companies have moved up on the list since last year. Bain & Company won first place on the list this year, based on reviews from employees. The firm was in second place in 2016 and 2015 after falling from the top spot where it was in 2014.

Facebook was in second place on this year’s list as employees praised the social network as “the greatest place ever” and touted its openness and diversity. Glassdoor ranked Facebook in fifth place on the list of the best places to work for 2016 and in 13th place on the list for 2015. So it seems the company has regained some of its past attraction as a great place to work. Facebook was in fifth place in 2014 as well after falling from first place where it was in 2013.

Boston Consulting Group also rose on Glassdoor‘s list this year, as it was in seventh place last year.

Google, LinkedIn also make Glassdoor’s list

Google came in fourth in the list of the best places to work as employees praised the company’s “smart people, data-driven decisions and culture.” The search giant was in eighth place in 2016 and first place in 2015.

Other tech names on the list include LinkedIn, which came in at eighth place this year. Employees praised the social network’s investment into its employees, saying that it values its employees and invests in their professional development. LinkedIn fell from the sixth spot last year but managed to remain in the top ten. In 2015, the social network was 23rd on the list.

Another major tech name in the top ten was Adobe Systems, which was in ninth place, a huge jump from last year when it was in 19th place. Other tech names that ranked toward the top of the list include Salesforce (17th), Zillow (29th) and NVIDIA (30th).
