Uber‘s board of directors met Sunday and has unanimously voted to adopt all the recommendations of the Holder Report, according to The New York Times and Recode. The recommendations stem from an investigation into Uber’s company culture by former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and are expected to be released to employees Tueday; in connection with the findings, senior vice president of business Emil Michael is planning to resign as soon as today, per The Wall Street Journal.

Michael, a close confidant of Uber CEO Travis Kalanick, would mark the latest in a long string of executive departures from the ridehailing giant—and more exits are expected. During a seven-hour deliberation, the company’s board is also believed to have discussed a potential leave of absence for Kalanick, who has also had to cope with a recent family tragedy while his company has been under intense scrutiny.
